Aesop’s fables are ok for either kids or adults, IMO, but I wouldn’t want more than one per collection.

Hello,
I have one more contribution to make:
Author: Johnathan Edwards (1703-1758)
Title: Sinners In The Hands Of An Angry God
URL to text: www.gutenberg.org/files/34632/34632-h/34632-h.htm#Page_78
Audio recording: https://librivox.org/uploads/lynnet/ss084_sinnersinthehandsofanangrygod_cjph_128kb.mp3
Time: 48:12
Before I make an official (and edited) submission of my recording, would it be possible to receive some feedback on the following:
Background noise, mic audio quality and my tone of voice?
I would really appreciate this and hope to hear back from you soon.
Kind regards,
Chad

Bad news, Chad and Cheryl.... it has been pointed out to me that The Two Travellers was used in another project. As you know, it is Librivox policy not to reuse recordings. Unless you can assure me , in all honesty, that this was a completely fresh recording, I will have to take it down.

Thank you although I am concerned you call it a sermon. This is a collection of fiction works.

OK. Well, its a monumental piece of Christian literature, I think it would certainly be worthwhile it have in the collection; however, as you say this is a collection for works of fiction, I initially was of the impression that you could include various different pieces of literature in this collection (except poetry). Is it a big issue if this work is included as well?
Kind regards,
Chad

It is a short story collection... so you’re right about poetry (that has its own collection, I believe) but also plays and non-fiction are excluded. I suppose it depends on your view of religion whether it should be included in a fiction collection... but there is a risk (certainty) of offending a lot of listeners. I’m not sure if it’s something that would be considered in the non-fiction collection viewtopic.php?f=19&t=76512&hilit=068 or the Multilingual Short Works although I believe that is between collections at the moment.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me.
So, I have decided that it would be best to remove this recording from this collection on the grounds that it is exclusively fictional work that is supposed to be included, sorry for the mix up. However, if its not too much to ask, could you PL this recording and then I will add it to the next non-fiction collection when it is released as I have reached the limit for the current collection?
I really appreciate your consideration.
Kind regards,
Chad

Also, I found another story to add to this collection by Leo Tolstoy (28 Aug 1828 - 20 Nov 1910):
Title: Three Questions
