Lynne -

Another for the collection -

The link from the uploader: https://librivox.org/uploads/lynnet/cb025_waterparty_ps_128kb.mp3
The file length in mm:ss: 2:45
The title: Water-Party on the Beaulieu River, in the New Forest
The author: William Lisle Bowles (1762-1850)
Link to the online text: http://www.gutenberg.org/files/18915/18915-h/18915-h.htm#Page_126

I was concerned about the pronunciation of the name of the river and used the English pronunciation found here -
https://howjsay.com/search?word=Beaulieu
rather than the French.

Thank you.
That is no doubt the correct pronunciation... I’m not familiar with the river, but have been to the stately home owned by Lord Beaulieu (at least it was... not sure if it is still), who is/was famous for his collection of vintage cars. Also his wildlife park at Longleat. His name is pronounced “Bew-Lee”.
