Thank you, Dale. A very good story, with horror in multiple levels, if you consider the horrors of war...

Hi All,

I recorded "A moth" by HG Wells. It's not really a ghost story, but it does have a good weirdness to it. Please take a listen and see if it is suitable for this collection

Thank you, Dale and Dave! Yes, "A Moth" is quite suitable for this collection; a lot of people are horrified by insects!

I will use this https://archive.org/details/cansuchthings00bierrich/page/168/mode/2up as text source, because it's a scan that offers publication date.

Thank you, Dale. The master of horror can make even the simpler words sound creepy... PL OK!

And this completes this collection. I will prepare for cataloguing and the next volume.

I have decided to catalogue "The Ghost of Doctor Harris" even though there's a phrase missing, since the reader is no longer available, and I feel that the meaning is not lost entirely, and that a different voice would be too jarring. I will note the missing phrase here, for reference: around 14:36, "It is too late now; his grave has been grass-grown this many and many a year; and I hope he has found rest in it without any aid from me."
