20 and 21 PL OK!
So the terms "idiot", "moron", "imbecile" are better than "insane", "feeble-minded", and "mental defect"? Not today!
The issue of people living in the US for decades after irregular border crossings still applies, doesn't it?

Thanks Tricia! May I claim section 27, Part 5, Chapter 15b?
-Andy
Yes, I kind of choked on it when I read it. When I was getting my SP.Ed. credential (1980) we were told those terms roughly corresponded to the terms educable, trainable, and profoundly mentally retarded that we were using at the time. Now those terms are no longer in use either, and for the same reason (at least in part): that, while they started out as clinical descriptions, they soon fell into common use as insults.
Language is so damned interesting. Just be grateful you did not have to sit through my breakfast table dissertation on this subject...
Oh, and I would like to claim 23 and 24. please.
