PL Notes section 15

5:31 rashes/rations in the sentence “What we propose is to enable those, male or female, who are destitute, to earn their rations and do enough work to pay for their lodging until they are able to go out into the world and earn wages for themselves.”

I'm going to listen to section 14 again because I think I heard a mistake there but can't remember quite where.
