The files are messed up somehow.

When I imported them to Audacity, it skipped the first section, the introduction. I finagled things so that the intro was there, but the sections have the wrong run times as compared with what's in the MW.

Would you please check the files and make sure they are all pointing to the correct audios? I suspect that the problem starts with section 2, because I have 18:36 and 18:38 for the first two (non-intro) sections, and that doesn't match the MW.

When that's done, I'll start over with cataloging.

Oh, crud. I just deleted section 1. I'll recreate it.

I think I need to go back to bed.

I'll try to look at it tonight and see if I can figure it out. You said it seems like all of them are having the issue, except for section 1?

I didn't look very closely, but the 1-minute section didn't want to transfer over, and then the next two sections were close in run times and shouldn't have been. It probably is only the first couple sections that are wrong, but it would be good to do a very quick check of all of them to be sure. :)

I think I found the problem. I named the first section incorrectly. I numbered it 00, forgetting that we don't have a section zero. I'll go ahead and check the rest, though.

There is, however, a file in your folder numbered 01. Looks like that one was actually meant to be 17. :? But then the reader uploaded 17 correctly, and never told anyone about their mistake.

Would you prefer I download/rename/reupload the incorrectly named files, or do you prefer to fix them? Not sure what's easier on your end.

Ok, I found and corrected a few mistakes. I've never had so many in one project before! :? The only things I didn't fix were the two incorrect file names. But I did mark them in the MW.

Sorry I wasn't around to answer your questions. :)

OK, so all the links in the MW point to the files needed? That's all I need. 8-)

OH, and that section numbered zero thing was me. I thought that was the problem, since it didn't transfer into the validator and up to Archive, so I renamed it. It didn't help, which is when I called for help. So you're not TOTALLY losing your mind. LOL!
