Good first reading, but there are a couple of specs that need tweaking.
- Your file is in stereo, we need mono
- the bitrate is 122 variable, we need 128 kbsp constant
- please include the file duration when you post your link
- the volume is too low at 72 dB
You should aim for your wave forms to peak near the 0.5 mark, like this:
You can check your volume using our Checker program - see info at http://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Checker You will find the volume in decibels on the Information tab. For your information, we look for around 89 dB (87-91 is OK)
Since I don't know your recording software I cannot give specific info on adjusting these settings, typically found under preferences.
Please experiment and upload a new file if you can.
