Me, too!

I keep thinking: Hercule Poirot, as Agatha Christie describes him. But I dare not do David Suchet!

Ready for PL.
Emir: https://librivox.org/uploads/kathrinee/drdolittlespostoffice_emir_13_128kb.mp3
EO: https://librivox.org/uploads/kathrinee/drdolittlespostoffice_executiveofficer_1_128kb.mp3
and https://librivox.org/uploads/kathrinee/drdolittlespostoffice_executiveofficer_2_128kb.mp3

I am not convinced by the marking of EO in section 2. The first sentence is supposed to be gunners and the
"“twopenny-halfpenny Fantippo red,”" could be anybody. The highlighting was creative in the latter.
Regardless, I recorded these in the above.
Thanks Adrian, the Executive Officer is PL OK! I take your point about the overlapping, but it is easier to fill 3 roles of 3 lines each than to get 9 different people to read 1 line each! So we tend to double up of the voices, especially when it is a "crowd scene" with a few people speaking at once.

The Emir is missing about half his lines - he has a lot more to say in the next chapter, so please keep going! Also, the Emir needs to appear in the "Crowd Lines" as well - you can put these at the start or end of your file, we will find them!
Ready for PL
I've uploaded an more complete Emir here: https://librivox.org/uploads/kathrinee/drdolittlespostoffice_emir_13_128kb.mp3

I see we're nearly done. I'll take the Cormorant in S12. I've already done parts in S1,S2 and S6. If there are any other bit parts you want me to read in other sections, please assign them to me.

I’ll put you in for the Cormorant!

Wow - we are getting very close to full! (I still need a Mr Victor Hatherley in the Sherlock Holmes project though...)

Thank you. For future reference, it is best to put all of your lines for one section into one file, even if it includes things like crowd lines or bit roles. The fewer files I have to deal with when editing time rolls around, the easier on me it will be. Since you've already uploaded them, though, don't worry about it for now. :)

The Giant Snake in section 14 is orphaned. Any takers?

Also, since it seems that Kathrine hasn't seen my post about the Prologue yet, I'll send her a quick PM. Until she's able to add a section 0, I've moved the Prologue section to the bottom of the MW so as not to throw off the numbering in the meantime.

LOL - I hadn't even seen the above post saying it was orphaned! Just felt like being a snake, for some reason. :D

Quick question: anyone know how to pronounce "Junganyika" (as in Lake Junganyika from Section 14)? Thanks!
