Having heard nothing from JarrodS, I have recorded Section 2.

I’m glad you did. This project has been waiting for that one file for over a month and it’ll be great to have it catalogued and off the to-do-list!
The prohibition question seems to have quite a few angles of looking at it! Not sure which section I’d say has the best view of the matter... But taken altogether there’s a lot of food for thought, no matter which end of the spectrum you were to find yourself!
Great job in getting it together and making this happen!

Kevin - do you want to add to the summary before I work on cataloging this?
School fiction: David Blaize
America Exploration: The First Four Voyages of Amerigo Vespucci
Serial novel: The Wandering Jew
Medieval England meets Civil War Americans: Centuries Apart

I don't think so. Adding more would feel like adornment to what is a simple issue.
Will you have trouble cataloging? I can search for authors, though most of these are unknowns, if not all.

Thank you, my friend. I very, very much like these point/counter-point collections, though I'm not sure others find them as interesting as do I.RSlabaugh wrote: ↑October 4th, 2019, 10:14 amPL OKKevinS wrote: ↑October 4th, 2019, 9:43 am Having heard nothing from JarrodS, I have recorded Section 2.

I enjoyed it, and it challenged me in the views I had previously taken. (From listening to Pansy books, for instance.) I think section 2 gave a fairly balanced view, and some of the others were also great.

One more question, then I'll leave you alone.
May I add "pros and cons" to the summary? "A collection of essays regarding the pros and cons of prohibition of alcoholic beverages, principally in the United States." Otherwise it might just sound like all pro-dry.

Apparently I'm not trying hard enough.(You never bother me.)
Edit: Looks like I had already done the research and had added the known authors. So this is going quickly.
