I have just posted a 1 or 2 minute test recording of the beginning of chapter 11. I'm wondering if I need to turn up the volume.

I don't see a post where you shared the link from the uploader. Please post that link in a new thread over here: viewforum.php?f=21atruewalker wrote: ↑March 3rd, 2021, 11:40 pm I have just posted a 1 or 2 minute test recording of the beginning of chapter 11. If you don't have the link anymore, you can upload it again to get the link.

Sections 30-32 are PL OK. I think the PL'ing is caught up now.
I've put you in. Hopefully the BC will be back when you submit it.

I'll be recording my first section in this project later today. And, I hope to pick up a retired section or two later.
By any chance does someone have a list of pronunciations of the major names in the book?
Right or wrong, I'd at least like to be consistent with the other readers.
A few examples (with my guesses):
museef - moo-ZAY-eff or moo-ZAYF. General question: is the fragment "ee" pronounced as one or two syllables?
Kouyunjik - koo-YEWN-jick
Afaij = ah-FAH-eej
You'll notice my American tendency to accent 2nd syllables, which was a real problem when I was learning Russian.
Any help will be appreciated.

As far as the sections I PL'd, there has not been consistency to this point, so do the best you can, I guess!williamjones wrote: ↑March 7th, 2021, 7:37 am I'll be recording my first section in this project later today. And, I hope to pick up a retired section or two later.
