My mp3 always records in 32,000hz, so I usually make sure to change that first. I also haven't been sleeping well the last couple nights, so who knows what I was thinking. I'll upload one at a time, and just try to make the next ones right. Still though, there were so many tongue twisters that I thought I got right, probably read things wrong, and also said them wrong.

Have a nice day! and thanks for your wonderful PLing. :D <smile>

oh yes indeed  a far-cry from the little fat baby he is often portrayed as. You did an excellent job here, conniving your way through the play, Eva. I also loved the pouting and outrage in the end when he realizes his arrows have no power at the fountain

I can mark Acts 2, 4 and 5 already PL ok.

For Act 1 I have a small deviation from the text:

> at 2:18: "in speaking to your nimble deity" – you say “of” which is a change of meaning

Thanks, Eva !!!

Note to Todd: I found another line assigned to Cupid here, but this is actually Echo replying to Mercury. I checked in an archive scan and there it's indeed assigned to Echo. I think I didn't include this line in my file, so will do so as soon as possible. I'll mark Echo back as PL notes, so I won't forget. The line in question is this: "I will, kind Mercury, be brief as time. Vouchsafe me, I may do him these last rites, But kiss his flower, and sing some mourning strain Over his wat'ry hearse."

here is the line at 2:42-2:57. Hopefully my voice is not too dissimilar from last time.

"self-loove" made me laugh out loud  I think it's brilliant that you made it rhyme like that, it's a totally comic effect there. (and it is even correct for Middle English !) An excellent ending to this play. Well done, Alan, thank you so much. Nothing to change, both are PL ok now.

I thought that making it sound ridiculous was a way to make it more interesting. Thanks Sonia.

What better reason could there be for picking a role?

I just noticed this play was being read. Serves me right for not looking in for a while.

Looks like Asotus is available. I'll take that, if it's okay, please.
