A super fun part to play.

At the beginning of his long dialogue explaining his story to the Gods, I sound tentative and stumbling. That is intentional, as the notes indicate that he made an error near the beginning, so I had him work to build up his steam again.

A marvellous reading Aaron, that is completely how Zeus would have sounded in my head too! I love his pomp and arrogance, coupled with doubt and grumpiness

Hi - I'm prepping to read Hera. This is the first LibriVox reading I've done that includes footnotes within the text I'll be reading. I'm assuming that what I read aloud will not include those references. Am I right?

Yes that is correct, no need to include them (as Hera wouldn't be saying them)!
In general, most projects don't expect you to include footnotes; in some cases, it's at the readers discretion (i.e. if you think it's interesting, include it, otherwise not); and then in other cases it is required to include all footnotes (but in this case it is usually specifically mentioned in the first post). Mostly, in drama, no footnotes!

Sorry for overlooking your post!

Yes, you may!

If this is your first drama recording: please read all the lines that your character would read in the text, separated by a few seconds of silence (everything together in 1 file). If your speech is interrupted by stage directions, please also leave a similar break between the lines.
For example, if this were your line:

What time is it? (checks watch) We have to get going!

You would need to record "What time is it?" ...[few seconds of silence]... "We have to get going!"

Please also include a voice credit "Momus read by [your name]" at the start of the file.
