I could find the 'MC' on the LV uploader page, so I picked 'tests - tests' at random? Can this be rectified?

Also, could you reassure me about the audio quality and some of the foreign phrases, particularly latin?

Yes, you can have that section, but before you record for this project please complete your 1 min test, as linked in the Wiki at the top of the page.

Yes, I will make sure to do the 1 minute test. I could also take sections 2 & 3 instead of section 5 for the sake of continuity, since Gareth wants to do all the sections on the lyric.

I don’t mind if you change, but be aware that Sections 2&3 have lots of tricky Irish names. You’re fine with Section 5, it might be better for your first read to stick with something relatively straightforward.

Sorry, the MC is MaryAnnSpiegel (mas) as currently listed in the title of the project. I’ll amend the first post to reflect that.

I can take a quick listen to your file, but when you upload the proper version please use the “mas” folder.

Yeah that would make sense. I have some experience with Irish mythology and language from before, so I am not entirely unfamiliar with the conventions for butchering those names in English. It won't sound like a fluent speaker of Irish, but the names would still be intelligible. I want to switch partly because reading loads of lyric poetry, which the other section includes, might actually be more of a challenge for me the first time that I am recording something.
