Yes, she is thoroughly obnoxious and even mean. Thanks as always for your attention. Jim
how long has this chapter 8 been waiting for me already ? you forgot to write a comment, so I wasn't notified. I just saw it by chance today.
In any case, totally PL ok again. I like the funny way of writing of the author. But poor Faith, nobody seems to prefer her to marry her. Now even the reverend prefers one of the sisters. I hope she will find a suitable lover too in the end.
Thank you for another enjoyable listen.

Well, I hadn't listened to it that last time and so was hoping you wouldn't notice it was there before doing that. But as it turned out, it was all right. I was a little concerned about an edit that stood out more than I would have liked. In future I won't put the file in before all final checks. Yes, I do too because everybody deserves to be loved by someone, right?
yes, or at least tell me I shouldn't listen yet I didn't notice any odd edits. To me it sounded fineneecheelok70 wrote: ↑September 2nd, 2019, 6:37 amWell, I hadn't listened to it that last time and so was hoping you wouldn't notice it was there before doing that. Here is Section 9. Lovey-dovey (at least part of the time).
hmmm...here I didn't particularly like Nancy I would never harp that much on a topic if I saw that the loved one was so squirming and unhappy about it. She pushed the point a bit too much. I found it a bit unlikely that Lawrence would still like her so much after this conversation.
Well, we'll see how it goes on. Who in the end will burn down Baxendale Hall ?
This chapter is PL ok. Thanks !

Yes, you are right. And she is mimicking the words of the mother. Thanks, as always.

Here is 10--the accent was kind of weird--for example how is yew different from you? Anyway, here it is. Jim
I am thinking it might me some sort of "yoah", like the verb "to sew". I think I already heard some Brits of a certain region pronounce it that way. But I don't think it matters much here, Mrs Candy is a waterfall of information as it is.neecheelok70 wrote: ↑September 12th, 2019, 7:55 amHere is 10--the accent was kind of weird--for example how is yew different from you?
Totally PL ok, my compliments for plodding through the thick accent over all the pages.
Now the next chapter has an interesting title. Now we have to find out who of all the suspects will be doing the deed.

Ok, I see that now that you suggest that pronunciation. Yes, who is going to do the deed? That is the question. Thanks. Jim
