Hey guys! I'm sorry to have to do this, but I have to relinquish my PL duties for this project since school has started and I am very busy!

Thanks for understanding,

I had some extra time, so I PL'd the two submitted sections.

Section 48:

In stereo, with the sound all in the right channel. To fix, click on the down arrow ont the left side of the track and select "Split stereo to mono" and then close the empty (upper) track.

Volume low; please amplify by 3 dB.

31:18 - "end of section 48" - should be "End of chapter 57"

Section 49:
PL OK!

Hi
I posted a new version of section 52 some time ago, but the magic window hasn't changed. Are there still problems, or has the new version not been checked?
Cheers

Sorry, didn’t realize it was there. I’ve checked it now and it’s all OK! Thanks for fixing the filename as well!

Did you want to read any other chapters on this book?

Before you officially claim anything you need to do your 1 minute test please, to make sure we can use the final file. See our welcome email for details, or the Wiki linked at the top of the page. Once you are PL OK there, then come back and claim just one section to start with please. It doesn't have to be consecutive, and the Greek philosophers are giving quite a few people problems, so they may not be an ideal first choice unless you read Greek.

I’ve just realized this is your first section! What name do you plan to use for your voice credit?

Well, I have to do something for this book.
Could I start with sections 7, 46?

i'm looking at Spinoza, which I'd love to do, but there is a lot of foreign language material that would be a challenge. But, I'll think about it.
On the road again, so delays are possible
