Hi! This is my first try at this. I always liked reading poetry, and found this site just today. In my excitement, I uploaded before reading through most of the steps. Please let me know of all the technical things that I might have missed. Also any criticism on the reading would be welcomed :)

Welcome to LibriVox Raymond. :D Good first reading, just a couple of tech thing to mention...
- your volume is low at 82.3 dB, *You should aim for your wave forms to peak near the 0.5 mark, like this:
Image

You can check your volume using our Checker program - see info at http://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Checker You will find the volume in decibels on the Information tab. For your information, we look for around 89 dB (87-91 is OK)
- please use lowercase only in the filename
- beginning silence should be .5 to 1 second in length (yours is .1 second)

*Please let me know under what name would you like to appear in the LV catalog and if you have one, we can put your personal URL link on your catalog page too.
You can view your brand new LV Catalog page by clicking your forum name in the Magic Window.

Hi, thanks David. I'll make sure to follow the instructions more closely, and I'll revise the mp3 I posted later tonight.

My name can be Raymond Chen.

I wanted to say that I really enjoyed this reading. There is a very clear, resonant quality to it, and the slower rhythm in which you read it is the kind that I try to emulate when I'm reading poetry. I feel there's something I can learn here.
