A general note that doesn't need to be fixed, but you might want to be aware of in the future -- I've heard multiple times during the recording a sort of tap or clunk sound like something is hitting or dropping onto a surface near the microphone. It is audible so you may want to watch out for that when recording or editing going forward.

They were -- consistency is what I went for with my notes!

These court cases are tough and so is word perfect editing but I'm glad we are doing it and everyone is doing a great job!

I have Section 27 with corrections made however I keep getting the notice that it will not save because it will overwrite a file of the same name. I'm told to rename. The file I can send sounds horrible with the the peaks of the volume loped off. I will figure this out tomorrow.
