I’m curious, how were these particular opinions chosen for this volume? Did it miss it in the notes? I’m a lawyer so have come across each of them at some point (Marbury was probably one of the first I read in Law school!)

I just looked at all the cases listed on Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lists_of_United_States_Supreme_Court_cases and chose cases that looked interesting to me.

Section 8 is a good choice.

It gives a nice history of the right to vote for women.
