I show this at the same volume level as before, and the bit rate is still incorrect. In Audacity, bit rate is changed here:

Other than adding 5 seconds to the end, did you make any other changes to the recording itself? If so, where? (I'll need to listen to it to make sure it's OK, but I prefer not to have to listen to the whole thing again.) If you're stuck on the volume and bit rate, I can change this file, but you'll need to get it right for future recordings.

Here is section 8. Let me know by how much the recording level should be reduced (dB). The length is 24:54. I previously submitted Section 7, but did not include the length (32:23).
