Marie, I am astounded that you did this and I did no t even know it was going on. I give you tons and tons of praise for taking on this huge project which I quailed at for years. Way to go to everyone involved! a great book and an wonderful addition to our catalog.

I know what you mean by qualing at it. I have a hard copy, and it is thick! But I decided to go for it anyway.
