[FULL]World's Story 6: Russia, Austria-Hungary, Balkan States, Turkey - kit
Wow, how did I miss this? Barely a day up and already more than half claimed.
As the resident Austrian in here, could I please read the Historical notes on Austria-Hungary?
Those are 46, 54, 59, 66 if I see this correctly.
Thanks!
(btw: I do have Napoleon recorded, but barely time to edit... )

ah very dutiful and loyal Terzky, just like I imagined him. Thank you Alan, perfectly PL ok. And thanks for giving me the English pronunciation of "cuirassiers". I would have mispronounced it otherwise. I will adopt your version now, it sounds beautiful.alanmapstone wrote: ↑January 31st, 2019, 3:47 am Terzky

I thought I was using the French pronunciation of "cuirassiers". Just goes to show how bad my French is!

Don't worry, that way at least I know that there is a different pronunciation
And look:
ah ok, no your French isn't bad at all. It was as good as correct. I only didn't think you would use a French pronunciation.alanmapstone wrote: ↑January 31st, 2019, 9:11 am I thought I was using the French pronunciation of "cuirassiers". Just goes to show how bad my French is!

my stomach feels bloated just by listening to this how on earth can anyone eat that much ? I would have capitulated at the boars' head already. (second course) Also every second or third course was sweet sugary almond paste of some sort....these people must all have died from worst case of diabetes.NemoR wrote: ↑January 31st, 2019, 2:58 pmSection 52 for PL:

Excellent reading, Nemo. Thank you for this entertaining section. PL ok, no doubt, and this is our first finished section for this project.

I am marvelling at your strange taste in women She is one tough chick. Wouldn't want to have her as my enemy. Gruesome times back then.
Wonderful reading again, but this time I found a small part missing:
