1-The bit rate should be 128 kbps.

2-The recording should use a constant bit rate rather than variable bit rate (VBR).

3-Your volume is low 83.9 Please increase the volume to the target range of (86–92 dB).
You can use:
Audacity> effect > amplify
*I also suffer from a bad case of low volume
