For the record, OK volume is +/- 3 dB or so, so when Gavenport says it's nothing to mention, he means it.

Chapter 3: It's all ok but the length of silence at the end is a bit short (2.5 sec), it should be about 5 sec

There should be ~5 seconds silence at the end of the recording.

I'm glad you caught it, sorry about that. When I looked at it again, I realized what happened, I had my DAW set on the wrong scale, I was looking at the marks but not the numbers next to the marks. Attention to detail. Ready for Spot PL! New time is 9:24.
