Section 4 is PL OK.
I want to put it on record, though, that I think there is a typographical/proofreading error in the text which caused you to hesitate and sound unsure of yourself in the phrase from 3:39 to 3:46. I believe it's Librivox policy to read the texts exactly as we find them, but I think you did well to drop the two words "whose individuals" in the phrase "and a number whose individuals whose individual differences make it rather harder for them to live." I'm sure they are a typographical or scanning error that was overlooked by the proofreaders as those words wreck the sense of the phrase. Here is the full sentence from which the sense can be clearly seen: "Because in any generation of the species there must be a number of individuals whose individual differences make them better adapted to the new conditions under which the species has to live, and a number whose individuals whose individual differences make it rather harder for them to live. " It's in the paragraph following the first picture of the chapter.
Only if you WANT to, you might re-record that sentence with smoother, unbroken rhythm and paste in the new version. I did have to listen again and look at the text to be sure of what it was saying.

Thanks, Pattymarie! I will re-record that sentence so that it's smooth and nice.

Oh, I know. It takes me far longer to edit then to record.

Early birds, mammals and neanderthalers are uploaded. (ch.7-8-9-10)
Not that editing takes more time... I mark every place where I need to edit by sharp clicks while I record, so I never re-listen the whole chapter... But I still need special mood and some self-encouragement to get to do the edits.

And chapter 17 as well. And that finishes my today's patience for editing!
