Section 5 - Chapters IX & X - at about 6:08 I hear "with her interon belt" and not "with her inertron belt". But it's clear what's going on, so this should be OK.

(Spell check on my computer doesn't like either version of that word.)

Everything else is fine, so I'm marking it PL OK.

I changed pronunciation from inert-tron (as in 'that chemical is inert') to innertron (as in 'the inner planets') and back at various places throughout this story just to be add flavor and a certain spiceness. Don't remember saying interon but probably did. Actually I decided it was 'inert-tron' but in the excitement of t he story forgot myself because that is hard to say fast. tsk. He made up the word and i will leave it as is. You are a wonderful prooflistener to put up with the likes of me.

I have fixed sections 2, 3 and 4 if you don't mind listening to those bits again.

All the edits are good. Checker reports the level in section 2 now falls below the LibriVox minimum - it's at 85.6. If you boost it 2 dB and send it again it'll be just fine.

Everything else is ready to publish. I've added the section times in the 'notes' section of the Magic Window.

Funny you should mention that. I’m trying to work my way up to signing up for a solo - ‘twood be #7 of the Tom Corbett, Sace Cadet series “TREACHERY IN OUTER SPACE” - one that’s not yet in the LV catalog.

Gutenberg says (c) 1954, but not renewed, so public domain in the US.

It has lots of SHOUTING, lots of !!!!!s, lots of ‘by the ____ of ____’ - for example, ‘By the rings of Saturn!’ - which includes all 3.

Well I hope you do it Rich. We really need to get all those Tom Corbett books into the catalog for those of us who grew up with them. Excitement, danger, ray guns, narrow escapes, rocket ships, nasty villains ..... yep, by the frozen wastes of Neptune, they have 'em all. oh, and yelling. can't forget the yelling. and the girls of course. You would do a great job.

Well, there's only one female with a speaking role in this book. Not a bimbo, fortunately. She does physics research at Space Academy.

She may be a genius but at heart we all know she yearns for Tom.
