Section #16. There is an odd voice over type noise I hear at about 1:37 that needs fixed. At about 3:30 there is a random word that doesn't fit, the word TWO shows up, probably from some editing .

Section 22 - a repeated phrase starting with "I shall conclude" starting at 8:23 and repeating at 8:37.

Section 23 - a stumble and repeat of the word clamorous at 8:52
