Yahoo! No, I submitted one for Twinkle88's Silent Night project, too. But technically, it was my first 'solo' song...thank you for the encouragement!

Beautiful, Gillian! Thank you! This is PL OK!

I love the way this year's carol collection is truly shaping up to be multilingual!

Tricia, I couldn't find either Scottish or Gaelic in the drop-down for language choices in the meta section. How should I categorize this one as to language?

I've added it as a new language! It should be in the dropdown box now as "Scottish Gaelic".

And there it is! Yay! Thank you, Tricia! I've added it to the meta info for this section.

Hello Tricia! CatDuet here! This is my contribution for the Carol Collection. It is my own arrangement and performance. The following link shows it to be Public Domain:

Thanks for joining us again this year, Susan! I've always loved your singing!
Unfortunately, there seems to be a glitch with the name of your file, which results in an "Error 404" when I try to download it.
I see two things which look a bit odd and may be the cause of the difficulty:
(1) There's an extra bit at the end, after the first "mp3", where it adds on another "mp37".
(2) Your initials are in upper-case. The LV file system tends to have hissy fits unless the entire file name is all lower-case.
If you try re-naming the file and uploading it again, I think that ought to iron out the problem. I hope so, because I'm eager to hear you sing!

Looks like it's in the uploader as https://librivox.org/uploads/triciag/ccc18_theresasongintheair_SH_128kb.mp3.mp3

If you can download this, then the file name can be fixed at cataloging time. :)

Aha! Yes! Once that final "7" is removed, it downloads just fine! Thank you, Tricia!

Susan, this was ethereally gorgeous, thank you!
Just one thing, the volume is 94.5 db, and it needs to be between 86-92 db.
If you would just reduce the volume by a few db, it'll be perfect.
And as long as you will be uploading the file again, you might as well fix the file name while you're at it.

Tricia, since this is the second time we've had initials in upper-case in this project, I'm editing the first post to specify "initials in lower case please!"
I happen to like my MC, and don't want her to run away and hide, or get laryngitis shouting "Aarrrgghhh!

Well, I think I managed to get the volume within the acceptable level for "There's a Song in the Air." I uploaded it, trying two different browsers, but it tacks an extra .mp3 extension on the file that it doesn't let me get rid of. Will it still work?

It'll still work.

In future, when you export to MP3, do not include the ".mp3" in the file name. The export tacks that on for you. :)

What link should I download to check the volume on the new recording? Did you upload it with the same file name, (upper-case initials), or renamed with lower-case initials? I'm not sure how to find it.
