I would like to read section 4 please.
Hi and welcome to librivox! You are welcome to read that section. To be able to sign you up, i need to know under which name or pseudonym you would like to appear in the catalog. We can also link to your personal website or blog.

As you have already completed your one minute test  your catalog info is all i need to get you started! Thank you!
I would like to be under sdorsch. :) Thank you! I'm so excited for my first reading.
Should I introduce the section by saying, "Poems by George Turberville, read for librivox.org" or should I do the first poem's title?

Thank you! I have signed you up, your personal catalog page is here https://librivox.org/reader/12897

Best start with the firsg title. In this way, there is consistency with the sections that have only one poem :) thank you!

sdorsch,
Welcome to LV!

Section 4 is PL OK. No changes are necessary.

For the future, please try and adjust your microphone a bit. Take a listen to these words: 0:16 Would. 0:52 Let. 1:01 This. Do you hear where they are sharp and can you see how sometimes the waves at the top and bottom are flat? This is known as clipping and can cause distortion. Instead of speaking directly into the microphone try slightly above or to the side. You may need to increase your input volume setting or amplify but that's ok. To test your position put your finger in front of the mic. When you speak you don't want to feel your breath.

I look forward to seeing you in the forums. I hope you enjoy your time here. :D

Carolin,
Please note the file name is missing _ before 128kb.

Thank you Carolin. I'm not sure what happened with the file name. I usually just copy it from the first post, but I must have been more creative than usual this time and copied my error for subsequent files.

Here are the love songs or poems that I would like to read: Henry Howard, George Gascoigne, Sir John Harrington, Michael Drayton, William Alexander, Earl of Stirling, and Sir John Suckling. If they are to be sung, though! best to find someone else! Elena
