Yep, that's OK! We all start somewhere. 8-) I've penciled you in.

How would you like to be credited in the catalog? There are places for a catalog name (some use a nickname or forum name, some their real name) and a link to a personal web site or blog, if you have one. I recommend using whatever name you say (if any) when you say, "recorded by [your name]" as that's how listeners will look for you. (Keep in mind that prospective employers, classmates, enemies, etc. can also find you using the catalog name, so be cautious if privacy might be an issue.)

In the meantime before you start recording this, please do (and pass) the 1-minute test, to make sure your settings are all OK. Welcome aboard!

Cheers, the name credit can be set to: Jack Labus

I'll get the 1 minute test uploaded and verified.

Great! Here's your catalog page: https://librivox.org/reader/12992

You can get to it from your name in the Magic Window of any project in which you've got a section.

If you click on Reader Section Details on that page, you'll see the sections you're assigned and at what stage they are in the process. :)

Good morning, Tricia,

I'd like to claim sections 31 and 32 of "Curious Lore". If you agree, please let me know how you want footnotes handled.

Best regards,

I'll pencil you in for 31 and 32. Please ignore the footnotes. Thank you!

No footnotes. Got it.

Please use Richard Garifo. I don't have a blog or site yet, so nothing there.

I am really looking forward to getting started.

You're officially in! If you click on your name in the Magic Window (and open the link in a new tab), you'll get to your catalog page. Click on Reader Section Details, and it'll show you a list of the projects/sections you've signed up for, and at what stage of the process they are in.
