You can get to it from your name in the Magic Window of any project in which you've got a section.

If you click on Reader Section Details on that page, you'll see the sections you're assigned and at what stage they are in the process.

You're officially in! If you click on your name in the Magic Window (and open the link in a new tab), you'll get to your catalog page. Click on Reader Section Details, and it'll show you a list of the projects/sections you've signed up for, and at what stage of the process they are in.
