Hi! Here it is, I hope its decent for a first timer, eek
It took awhile to stop feeling nervous. Please let me know what I can improve upon.

Sorry for the delay.
This is a fine reading, but just one important technical issue to care of.
The volume quite too low at only 81.0 dB. Our target is 89 dB with a range of 86 - 92 dB.
If you are using Audacity, just use the Amplification feature and set it of 8db and it should be okay.
Upload the corrected version with the same name, and then post a not here so I can check it.
This one could also use some noise reduction.
Hi,
Here is my revised version. I hope it is acceptable. I am still learning the ins and outs of Audacity. Thanks for any and all input. :)

You're on the right track, but the volume is still too low at 85.4 dB.
So, amplify it again and set it to 2.6 dB and you should be right on target.

Audacity doesn't give you a direct volume measurement, but you can use Checker, a small program written for LV. It will give you that value plus check for other LV specifications. You can find it in the Newbie Guide to Recording, https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php?title=Checker

Section 48 ready for PL:

https://librivox.org/uploads/triciag/suppressedpoems_48_tennyson_128kb.mp3
Thanks for your recording.

Just one major issue: The bit rate is incorrect. You have this at - 120 kbps (variable) 44,100 Hz Mono
Please export it again at 128kbps constant.
You might also like to take care of the loud click right at the beginning of your recording.

Plus, about section 35. In the magic window you wrote that I need to look at the PL notes but I see no PL notes about it.

Sorry, having trouble with the settings in Audacity, it won’t let me adjust the volume without clipping. Giving it another shot :(
