Lam83 - let me know if you need ,more help with Amplifying your Section. You mentioned earlier that you were having problems. Here is one tip -

Try going to Effect - Compressor and compressing the file 4:1 (leave all other settings the same) and then going back to Amplify and then increasing the volume. Sometimes that does the trick.
