0:58 "Greenfield, Ind." This abbreviation stands for Indiana. Indianapolis was a reasonable guess, since it was just mentioned, but both cities are within the state of Indiana.
2:19 "St. Louis, Mo." St. Louis is in Missouri, not Montana. If you'd like, you may correct the pronunciation of St. Louis as well. It is not pronounced Louie, but Lewis. That is optional, however.
3:33 Longish pause. "The history of the black man's past in no wise serves .... to usurp the functions of present duties."
8:58 Repeated phrase: "...and instead encourage him to industry and correct living, and correct living and increase our efforts..."
9:09 Longish pause. "common condemnation because of the slothfulness .... and lawlessness of some of its members..."
15:23 Small stumble. Correcting this one is optional. "Politics has played an undue part in perpetuating prej- ...prejudices."
24:29 "We endured slavery 243 years..." This one is optional as well, but I think it would sound more natural to fully articulate this number: "two hundred forty-three"
26:47 Longish pause. "...and eventually land owners and a wealthy class of citizens .... of this country."

I have one note for section 20, and it's a pretty minor change, but makes the sentence a bit confusing.

5:41 I hear "...whose duty it is to discharge or pass on the innocence of guilt of the prisoner..." It should be "...whose duty it is to discharge or pass on the innocence or guilt of the prisoner..."

Wow, now that was a difficult chapter. Not just for the length, but for the content. I didn't even know about the convict lease system! Or, if I'd heard of it, I had no idea how awful it was. https://eji.org/history-racial-injustice-convict-leasing And to think that it still persisted, even thirty more years after this was published.

I have only one note for section 19.

4:30 "Mr. and Mrs. Smith are domiciled at..." I hear domiled, which as far as I know is not a word. (Incidentally, wow, can you imagine someone actually printing their home address in a publication for wide distribution like this? His office address is one thing, but my goodness! Especially when he's writing about such a potentially inflammatory subject!)
