Hi and welcome to Librivox!
There are a few things to do before you get started.
You will need to complete a one minute test - this is to check your specs are up to Librivox standards, and if not, you'll be given hints on how to remedy that. http://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/1-Minute_Test
Please post your test in the Listeners Wanted forum (see the dropdown at the bottom of the page) for the speediest response. Waiting for the OK may seem tedious, but can save time in the long run.
You will also need to be added to the catalog of readers. I will add you using your forum name once you let me know you have completed your test, but if you prefer your real name or a pseudonym let me know. We can also link to a personal blog or website. Be sure to read the first post - all the info you need is there, but if anything doesn't make sense, just ask. The wiki (see the top of the page) has bundles of info too.

Hi, I just wanted to let you guys know I'm still working on chapters 4 & 5 but with the beginning of the school year finding time to work has been a bit problematic. I'd like to request an extension of a few days to finish everything up.

Thank you. How long is it please? We need to know as part of our validation process.
Also, please pay attention to the correct file naming convention 8-)

It's 38 minutes and 43 seconds long.

Terribly sorry about the name. Won't make that mistake again. If you need me to re-upload under a different title, just let me know.

sect 4
PL notes: your file needs to be changed to the proper format.
Currently: swordmakerch3.mp3

should be changed to: swordmaker_04_tf_128kb.mp3)

Your recording voice is wonderful, a listening pleasure. :D

Thanks, Todd

Actually, although Todd is right (of course he knows, he's an admin), you don't need to re-upload with the new file name unless you have edits; in which case, when you upload the edited file, please use the correct name.
Also, when you upload your other chapter...
