As this project comes to a close now, if any of you want to read a similar book, I have the following one just waiting for the MW to be filled in and then it will be open to people to request sections!

Larry -

When the files went for validation we found a problem with Sections 14, 15 & 16, They are all at 64 kbps with volumes of 97-98 db.

The setting for kbps needs to be at 128 (it is at the bottom of the Export screen - you pick 128 kbps from the drop down instead of 64 kbps) and then export. After it is set all your future files will have the correct setting. You need to open each Section above and re-export it at 128 kbps please, however before you do that please fix the volume below before doing the export.

You need to reduce the volume. Our recommended range of 87-92 db, with the target being 89 db. So you need to come down about 7-9 db. You can do that by entering a negative number in Effects > Amplify.

Then re-upload the files and we will check them prior to going to catalog.

Sorry, I must have replied to someone else last night, was really tired. I found that the sampling rate was set to 8000kHz, once I set that to 44100 I was then able to export and it was then saving the MP3 at 128 kbps again. I think what might have happened was I upgraded my version and it must have changed settings to a default.
