Sorry for all the newb questions.
If the script says for me to say my name as in the introduction to the chapter or sections, do I use my catalog name or real name...

Sorry for the late reply. You don't have to say your name unless you choose to do so. It's optional. (I never do.) :) As for what name to use, that is also up to you, but I would guess most people use their catalog name.
