Section 3 is PL OK. I agree these are very interesting.

I’m really surprised a DPL hasn’t been along and snatched this project up. Lucky me though. :mrgreen:

I have taken the liberty at about 1035 to substitute the word carbonic for carbolic as I think it is a typo in the manuscript. I would not think that carbolic acid comes into bread making. !!
