Great job! Its PL OK, but there is one edit that you can ignore:
at 4:18, I hear particular instead of peculiar. But it doesn't really change the meaning of the sentence much, and its a standard PL project, so I think its optional, whether you want to make a change.

I just realized that the names of the links for Chapters 3 and 4 need the "128kbp" added to the end of them.

I noticed that Section 4, which was once PL OK, has been moved back a notch. I am confused by the notes. Is there something that any of the individual characters need to do? Or is this note made for those working at the proofing level?
