Hi MaryAnn,

Thanks for your reply. Wasn't aware of the 2 month rule. I had checked the forum before doing the recording but then got delayed before being able to edit and upload.

I think the moral of the story for me is that I'll have to invest in some proper sound proofing to simplify the recording process. I live on the Heathrow flight path, not a problem for shorter recordings but a big hassle when it comes to recording lots of pages of text :roll:

I think the moral I should like you to adopt is to update a bc every month after your claim. I am sorry for what has happened.
