I'm holding off on editing my last batch of solos until the first half is PLed. Anthony, if you're really busy now, maybe Sonia can give them a listen instead? :hmm:

Tomas didn't want to crush and overwhelm you with so many poems, I think ;)

Thanks, Anthony. As promised, I uploaded the rest of my sections. :)

Also, Jason: we're nearing the end of the month, and as you're the last one standing (so to speak), we're hoping you'll be able to hand in more sections as soon as possible. Sonia and I are already starting to plan the launch of the next volume, so we'd like to get this one wrapped up soon. Please let us know how many sections you can still manage, because like last time, we're willing to take on some of your poems if you're unable to do them before the month is out.

I don't know how much time you have (I'm guessing not much), but if you can devote an hour to just rattling off poem after poem, and then leave the editing until afterwards, or another day entirely, you could potentially have a productive session. We'd really love to have your voice more evenly dispersed throughout the volume, so we'll cheer you on if you can get more poems in.

Here are a few that I just recorded. So it seems the microphone that I was using which I loved so much has died. I used my onboard mic from my laptop for these. I have propped a blanket over my whole setup to deaden any echo, which I seemed to be having a problem with when I started tonight. Literally propped over my head and the back of my laptop, around my back and covering as much of the outside as I can. I think it kind of worked.

Someone please give a quick listen and tell me if you think I can get by with this until I can get a new microphone in.

Glad you're back, Jason. :) Thank you for recording these, despite your mic dying. I can commiserate. :(

I think the sound for these is just fine, and actually not all too different from your other files. Your recording method seems to have worked. So don't worry about the quality while you're finishing the rest of your sections.
