Thanks! It's a bit tough, especially giving up Coca Cola (I've known I needed to for years, but still...), chocolate, and tomatoes. I'm having an upper gastro endoscopy the first week of August, and I'll know more then if anything needs to be done beyond the meds and the diet, but at least I haven't had that pain again!

I had upper and lower at the same time 3 years ago and was terrified. The prep wasn't the most fun I've ever had, but the procedure wasn't too bad at all (I slept through it and knew nothing until they told me it was all over). Hope yours goes well and they don't find anything nasty.
