PL Notes:

Section 21 - needs "end footnote" at 1:30 // outro still says Section 20.

Section 22 - intro needs updated to match first post (the title is repeated 3 times in the intro) // needs "footnote...end footnote" around the footnote // outro is repeated "end of section 21.....end of section 22" so the section 21 part needs removed.
