Just back from visiting my mother in Minnesota. Left just before it started to snow Friday evening - I think they got somewhere around a foot. I keep telling her she needs to move here to Alaska where the weather is decent. Our snow is gone. I have one crocus in bloom with more on the way.

If we did have crocuses here, they would be buried under the 6 inches of ice and snow we got over the weekend.
