COMPLETE[PLAY]The Love-Tiff by Moliere - thw
Act 2 is ready for final PL. Love the scene with Alan! Actually, I love all the scenes!
Thanks, Todd

oooh Frosine is getting a bit scoldingly teasing her mistress here, well well...is that a way to behave ? But in the end she means well, we all know that
no errors, excellent again, TJ. PL ok.
That means Act 4 is also ready to be edited !
Sonia
totally agree, and I already knew this scene between Alan and you would be a complete success Our ladies and Valère had excellent dialogues as well, but Molière showed is comedic skill much more in such exasperating dialogues as the one you had with Alan.
Act 2 absolutely PL ok.

Sometimes to be a good friend, you just gotta call a spade a spade and tell it like it is. But Frosine comes through in the end to save the day in Act 5:

I have finished assembly of Acts 3 and 4. I'll take one more listen to groom them before releasing them for final PL.
Thanks, Todd

Okay, Acts 3 and 4 are ready for final PL. The readings were so great to hear!

well, no rest for the wicked, because Frosine Act 5 is totally PL ok as well, so you can just go ahead and wrap it all up
TJ: I loved the continued excitement in your lengthy narrative about how the children were switched. I do find it a bit strange though that the father would not notice the swap. A 10 month old child does already have some individual features I'd think.

Todd: Act 3 is completely PL ok. And a wonderful listen, there were so many dialogues that were great that I can't decide which is my favourite: Larry and you trying to atone for your respective sins and constantly talking about two different things ; Adam doing a great cunning game to get Tomas to confess; then there is this great scene where Eva is a rightfully outraged Lucille against Mascarille and Valère and the final dialogue between you and Tomas is hilarious too 4 wonderfully assembled main highlights of the play.
Will get to Act 4 a bit later...now I need some food.

(Also sent by PM:) Missing a line for Valere - the "I flee..." below.
Thanks, Todd
You can just send it separately to forum or PM..MASC. Is there no way of making it up?
VAL! I flee!—Heaven forbid! And who can this be?
POL. Ascanio.
VAL. Ascanio?
Thanks, Todd
What? You missed one line out of five acts? Not a problem.
Thanks, Todd

yes I know...but had I noticed it right away we would have finished today, that's what's so frustrating to me right now.
Well, meanwhile I spend an agreeable 20 minutes with Act 4. Four great scenes yet again. Beth and TJ work excellently together, so do Roger and Nemo. But the highlights are definitely the two love-tiffs. And I noticed that Nemo and Eva play theirs out completely differently than Roger and me. Which is normal, they are supposed to be the more upper class while we are the servants. Both sound great
I would have two suggestions for improvement for the final tiff though:
> at 20:42: I think it will sound much better if you cut out the small laugh here and paste it between "break" and "What do you laugh at, you jade?", so at 20:39. Hearing the laugh in-between would provoke Gros-René to say this sentence in the first place.
> at 21:15: "I shall say nothing. -- Nor I. -- Nor I." - I would cut some more space between these three sentences, the quips should come more rapid-fire like here, because they are angry.
Other than that, absolutely perfect
Now let's hope that Adam is reading his PM soon.
Sonia
I made the fixes to Act 4. I had planned on moving the laugh but somehow forgot....
If you are desperate, Act 5 is complete and ready for PL except for the missing line at 13:02.
Thanks, Todd
