Nan,
You read very well- the way you read the piece of Elizabeth's poetry was very rhythmic and sweet. You put character into your reading, and I appreciate that very much.
Here are the PL notes for chapter 10:

0:38- there is a little burst of static.
2:57- the mike seems to cut out for a few seconds.
5:25- I hear your computer's notification system go off.
5:28- you repeated the very beginning of page 174 until the time 5:40.
10:38- you skipped the words, "In behalf of Wita-tonkan of the Black Bear Tribe".
20:49- there is another burst of static.
There are also many spasmodic shuffling staticky noises, some when you are reading and some in the silence following sentences.

You have read very well. Just one PL note for chapter 12:
The silence at the end of the chapter/book exceeds the maximum silence length: it should be no more than five seconds of silence at the end of the chapter, but currently there are eight. Once that is cut away from the recording it will be PL OK.

PL notes chapter 8

Very well read, Gill.

There is a fair amount of background noise, so the file would benefit from noisecleaning.
As it is right on the lower threshold of acceptable volume, I would anticipate the noisecleaning would lead to a need for amplification or compression.

It worries me that I didn't hear noise. Let me know if it needs further cleaning.
