Welcome to LibriVox Chris, good first reading, however there are a couple of items to address...
- the volume is too low at 72.6 dB. You should aim for your wave forms to peak near the 0.5 mark, like this:

You can check your volume using our Checker program - see info at http://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Checker You will find the volume in decibels on the Information tab. For your information, we look for around 89 dB (87-91 is OK)
There is also a 28.7 dB background noise level, not bad in itself, but that will increase with amplifying, so you will have to apply some Noise Reduction to the file.
Please experiment with amplifying and Noise Reduction and upload a new file (same filename please).
There is a great selection of instructional videos here. http://wiki.librivox.org/index.php?title=Instructional_Videos
- as a quality hint, there is what sounds like mike 'bumping' in the closing silence
- the Checker mentioned above noted a DC offset of -8, some systems generate this, applying Effects/Normalize will correct this. (there is debate whether or not this matters, personally I like to err on the side of caution)
*Please let me know under what name would you like to appear in the LV catalog and if you have one, we can put your personal URL link on your catalog page too.

Thank you David for the advice. I went back and worked on the issues and downloaded the checker. It seems to have passed now. I appreciate the feedback and look forward to working together.
