Thank you very much for reassurance, I thought you really might not like it at all. I think it's still pretty nasty, maybe you would like to give me some tips how to make it sound more natural, and if you don't mind maybe I'd take section 20 (chapter IX part 2) then. As far as advice, relax! When a reader is new, they are very worried about how they sound, if they are doing it right, etc. But once that reader relaxes and is enjoying what they are reading, it will come through in their recording. Don't worry about how you sound, we all worry about that at first because no one thinks they sound good. I have heard so many people say, "I sound horrible!" or, "I hate the sound of my voice!" But, if you can get over that and listen to yourself without thinking that it is you, or being super critical of your voice, then you will get used to it.
No worries about how long it took to respond to my post! I am super busy these days as well, it takes me longer to listen to the sections I need to listen to. But we are all volunteers here, things will get done when they get done is my philosophy!
