Hi Lynne, I already completed the one minute test and got the “go ahead” yesterday, but maybe I’m a little confused about where to post or repost it. Please message me and I will send you a link if needed. I’m still confused about how the forum works in terms of what needs to be posted where.

That's fine if you got the OK. You are ready to record. When you upload the file, choose my name in the dropdown menu, then post the link and the time in this thread

Hi Lynnet, for future use, I found this video to change sampling rate. This does the re-sampling without changing the voice.

Spot PL notes:

The sampling rate should be 44.1 kHz (44,100 Hz). *This has not been corrected from the last time.

Your volume decreased, it is now slightly low, 85.9 you need to increase it because it falls outside of the target range (86–92 dB).
