I have altered the bit rate and attempted noise reduction. However the tutorial you directed me to seems not to show the same variables under Effects - Noise reduction . I have therefore guessed what settings to use under the three variables. It sounds better to me but I would be grateful for some better idea of what these settings should be to get best noise reduction .
Thank you so much for your help. I really want to continue - I love doing these recordings but fear I am making a lot of extra work for you all.

Technical specs are perfect Just need Helen to listen to make sure it sounds OK (for background noise, the technical checks aren't foolproof... but you've gone from 45 to 29, which should be about right)jenno wrote: ↑March 1st, 2018, 3:39 pm Here is revised section 5
