Section 3:

20:43-29:48 - deep toned noise
21:12-21:22 - same
21:29-21:31 - same
These portions might need re-recording.

22:57 - noises right after "for the next 3 months" - should be easy to cut out

I was wondering how the intro material should be handled—"chapter four continued"(?)

"Chapter 4, part 2" works at the very beginning of the intro, and "Chapter 4, Le Nouveau, part 2" after the LibriVox disclaimer. Thanks for asking!

When searching for info on how to pronounce Norton-Harjes, I came across this fascinating piece of film on youtube, which i thought would interest you and the other readers:
