Hi Angelique! Chapter 14 is very well read! It just needs a small fix, I think a paragraph is repeated at 5:41 & 6:01 "But Israel Kafka did not turn. [...] twisted his lips into a smile."

Thank you, Rapunzelina! You PL'd this quickly; thank you for taking the time to do so.
An interesting phenomenon occurs after listening to variants of a recording for the umpteenth time! It may be accompanied by statement similar to "Nah. That was in a previous recording."

This is why it's wonderful to have DPLs! Thank you for all of your efforts.

Yes, I'll say that this is an amazingly intense piece, with vast possibility of interpretation and rapid perspective shifts.
Oddly, if feels as a recording I was to complete years ago, but could only now do so, in the fullness of time.
Fantastic, indeed.
It's a *Grand* work, well selected for recording.

Thank you for the compliment; I hope to have done small honor to The Witch of Prague.
I can hardly wait to read more of Crawford's works.

High Regards,
~Angelique

Hi, Angelique! Spot-check for Chapter 14: PL OK!
I agree this was well selected for recording! I enjoy DPLing for Carolin's projects; she knows how to pick her mystery/horror novels!
And you did a marvellous reading! I am looking forward to your Chapter 15!

Hi Jim! Nice to hear your voice again!

I noted a couple of PL notes for Chapter 9:

Around 16:46-16:50, there's a repetition "that it was the machine that kept it alive".

Around 18:01, I hear "My recollection is complete enough", text is "My collection is complete enough", but maybe it works both ways?

Thanks. I appreciate your kind words and help. I'll fix those problems this evening. And I can do 26 and 27. Jim :)
